All purchases made from Glide Graphics are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Exchanges:
While we do not offer refunds, we may be able to assist with exchanges if your mousepad arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team at diamondfatigue@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return and exchange process.

3. Order Accuracy:

4. Custom Orders:
For custom-designed mousepads, please ensure all details and specifications are correct before confirming your order. Custom orders are also non-refundable.
